2. Drink as much water as possible
Water is our body most essential need secondly to air of course. human can live (although not quite healthy) for more than a week without food, but can only survive for a few days without water support. Our body liquid volume (in cc) is equal to 70 times of our body weight. This liquid work to maintain the balance of many bodily system, like heat, electrolyte, minerals and as a media for toxic waste dumping through urine and sweat.
